Returns / Refunds
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns started within 14 days of receiving your order. The return must be postmarked as shipped back within 21 days. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded unless item is found to be defective or damaged.
Returns made from purchases off our website SweetLemonBoutique.com will incur a 15% restocking fee. Purchases made from other sites, sold by us, will not incur a restocking fee.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Intimate apparel cannot be returned due to hygeinic reasons. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to: bras, bralettes, lingerie, teddies, bodysuits, underwear, socks, make up, make up brushes, beauty products and spa products.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Print our RETURN FORM HERE and fill out entirely to return with your order.
- Ship your order within 21 days of receiving your original order. If it has been over 21 days, please do not attempt to return as it will not be accepted.
- We highly encourage you to add tracking to ensure your returns arrival.
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once we have received your package.
- If you are exchanging your item, we charge $4 to assist with the additional shipping we incur. We will send you an invoice to pay the fee before shipping the exchanged items.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect. In this case, please email us at Sales@SweetLemonBoutique.com so we may assist you.
